    Stage 2

    Land & Vision

    We walk the land with you and your architect. Topography, sunlight, sightlines, and prevailing wind shape every meaningful decision that follows.

    Stage 3

    Pre-Construction

    An exhaustive specification, a transparent budget without padded allowances, and a schedule we are willing to underwrite. No surprises is not a slogan; it is a contract.

    Stage 4

    Construction

    An immaculate jobsite, weekly walks with the principal, and a single point of contact who answers the phone. The trades on your project have built with us for years.

    Stage 5

    Stewardship

    Handover is the beginning of a relationship, not the end. Annual walkthroughs, a service concierge, and a builder who is still here in twenty years.
